October 2013,

We have prepared projects of 94 dairy plants in 3 continents since our company was founded in 1986. In the last 27 years we witnessed and took part in the technological and economical improvements of dairy industry. While an average dairy plant in Turkey had 10 - 20 tons/day capacity in 1980s, now with 1000-1500 tons/day capacities Turkey has some of the largest dairy plants in the world.

While the production capacities improved and technological developments took place, engineering needs arose. Especially with the introduction of automation systems, applying technological improvements in the world became inevitable. Today, the smallest engineering mistakes can result in huge productivity losses.

As Alpar Dairy Technology, by giving you professional consultancy from planning to production phase, we let you build an efficient and sustainable business. Our services include preparing feasibility studies, selecting an appropriate place for the factory, determining capacity and product range, preparing the projects (architecture, flow diagram, static & mechanical installations, electricity), selecting the technology and machinery, product development, consultancy through construction, assembling the machines and putting the factory into service.
